3^11(1+3+9)=a^11(a^2+b^2)

by comparing

3^11=a^11

=>a=3

(1+3+9)=(a^2+b^2)

=>13=a^2+b^2

=>13=9+b^2

=>13-9=b^2

=>4=b^2

=>b=√4=2

a=3 and b=2
