\huge\boxed{\fcolorbox{blue}{orange}{★ sOlUtIoN : }}

⟹ \frac{3 -  2\sqrt{2} }{3 +  2\sqrt{2} }

Rationalise the denominator by multiplying 3-2√2 by both the numerator and denominator.

 ⟹\frac{3 -  2\sqrt{2} }{3 +  2\sqrt{2} }  \times  \frac{3 -  2\sqrt{2} }{3 -  2\sqrt{2} }

 ⟹\frac{ {(3 -  2\sqrt{2}) }^{2} }{(3 +  2\sqrt{2} )(3 - 2 \sqrt{2} )}

  • (a - b)² = a² + b² - 2ab
  • (a + b)(a - b) = a² - b²

 ⟹\frac{ {(3)}^{2}  +  { (2\sqrt{2}) }^{2}  - 2(3)( 2\sqrt{2}) }{ {(3)}^{2}  -  { (2\sqrt{2}) }^{2} }

 ⟹\frac{9 + 8 - 12 \sqrt{2} }{9 - 8}

⟹17 + 12 \sqrt{2}

  \boxed{∴ \frac{3 - 2 \sqrt{2} }{3 + 2 \sqrt{2} }  = 17 + 12 \sqrt{2} }
