3 - 2 \sqrt{2}  \div 3 + 2 \sqrt{2}

 = (3 - 2 \sqrt{2})(3 - 2 \sqrt{2} ) \div (3 + 2 \sqrt{2} )(3 - 2 \sqrt{2} )

 = 9 - 12 \sqrt{2}  + 8 \div 9 - 8

 = 17 - 12 \sqrt{2}
