 \sqrt{3} (2 \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{12} ) \\  \\   = > ( \sqrt{3}  \times 2 \times  \sqrt{3}  )  + ( \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{12} ) \\  \\  => (2 \times 3) + ( \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{4} ) \\  \\  => 6 + (3 \times 2) \\  \\  => 6 + 6 \\   \\  =  > 12

 \sqrt{3} (2 \sqrt{ 3} + 12 ) \\  \\  =  \sqrt{3}  \times (2 \sqrt{3} ) +  \sqrt{3 }  \times(  \sqrt{12} ) \\  \\ we \:  \: can \:  \: write \:  \:  \sqrt{12}  =  \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{4}  \\  \\  = ( \sqrt{3}  \times 2 \times  \sqrt{3} ) + ( \sqrt{3} \times  \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{4}  ) \\  \\  =(  3 \times 2) + (3 \times 2) \\  \\  = 6 + 6 \\ \\   = 12
