2. A block of mass 2.5 kg is projected up a rough slope inclined at an angle a to the
horizontal, where tan a = 3/4
The block is projected from point A and just makes
it to a point B, where the distance from A to B is 1.9 m. If the coefficient of friction
between the block and the slope is 0.3, calculate the following:
a) the force due to friction on the block
b) the speed with which the block is projected up the slope from point A.
