So,

→ Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

A/q,

→ 2(3x + 2x) = 80

→ 2 * 5x = 80

→ 10x = 80

→ x = 8

then,

→ Length of rectangle = 3x = 3 * 8 = 24 cm (Ans.) (3)

and,

→ Breadth of rectangle = 2x = 2 * 8 = 16 cm .

Hence, length of rectangle is equal to 24 cm .
