 (\frac{3}{2}  {p}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{3}  {q}^{2} ) + (2 {p}^{2}  - 3 {q}^{2} ) \\  \\  \frac{9 {p}^{2} + 4 {q}^{2}  }{6}  +  \frac{2 {p}^{2}  - 3 {q}^{2}}{1}   \\  \\   \frac{9 {p}^{2}  + 4 {q}^{2} + 12 {p}^{2}  - 18 {q}^{2}  }{6}  \\  \\  \frac{9 {p}^{2}  + 12 {p}^{2} + 4 {q}^{2}  - 18 {q}^{2}  }{6}  \\  \\  \frac{21 {p}^{2}  - 14 {q}^{2} }{6}  .
