Given

  • 3(2x - 1) + 2(1 - 5x) = 9 + x

To find

  • Value of x.

Solution

  • Firstly, we will solve the left hand side then find the value of x.

\tt\longrightarrow{6x - 3 + 2 - 10x = 9 + x}

\tt\longrightarrow{6x - 10x - 3 + 2 = 9 + x}

\tt\longrightarrow{-4x - 1 = 9 + x}

\tt\longrightarrow{-4x - x = 9 + 1}

\tt\longrightarrow{-5x = 10}

\tt\longrightarrow{x = \dfrac{10}{-5}}

\bf\longrightarrow{x = -2}

⠀❍ Hence,

  • The Value of x is -2.

By putting the value of x we will verify our answer.

\large{\boxed{\boxed{\sf{Let's\: verify\: it !!}}}}

\tt\longmapsto{3[2(-2) - 1] + 2[1 - 5(-2)] = 9 + (-2)}

\tt\longmapsto{3[-4 - 1] + 2[1 + 10] = 9 - 2}

\tt\longmapsto{3[-5] + 2[11] = 7}

\tt\longmapsto{-15 + 22 = 7}

\bf\longmapsto{7 = 7}

\tt\longmapsto{\boxed{\red{L.H.S = R.H.S}}}

⠀❍ Hence Verified !!
