Step-by-step explanation:

3(2x−1)2+4(2x−1)−4=0

say t=2x−1, then

⇒3t2+4t−4=0

⇒3t2+6t−2t−4=0

⇒3t(t+2)−2(t+2)=0

⇒(3t−2)(t+2)=0

∴   t=32                or    t=−2

⇒2x−1=32      or    2x−1=−2

⇒x=65               or    2x=−1

∴   x=1/2 or 5/6    or  x=−1/2

Hope it's not incorrect°!
