(a - b)(a + b) \\  = (a )^{2}  - ( b)^{2}  \\  =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}

So, we will expand (3 - 2x)(3 + 2x) in the same way.

so,

(3 - 2x)(3 + 2x) \\  =  ({3})^{2}  -  ({2x})^{2}  \\  = 9 - (2 \times 2 \times  x \times x) \\  = 9 - 4 {x}^{2}

so, the Answer is 9 - 4x²

Hope this helps you.
