(3) 2x - 3y = 9; 2x + y = 13​

2x - 3y = 9.........(i)

2x + y = 13.......(ii)

applying elimination method.....

2x - 3y= 9

2x + y = 13

___________

-4y=-4

=>Y=1

putting y=1 in equation (i)

2x- 3(1) = 9

=>2x=12

=>X=6
