Answer:

\sf\large5x ^{2}  - 2x + 3

By Quadratic Formula:-

\sf\LARGE \frac{  -  b +_-\sqrt{b ^{2}  - 4ac} }{2a}

Here, a= 5, b= -2,c = 3

 \sf\large\implies\frac{ - ( - 2) +  -  \sqrt{( - 2) ^{2}  - 4 \times 5 \times 3} }{2 \times 3}

\sf\large \implies\frac{2 +  -   \sqrt{4 - 60}} {6}

 \sf\large\implies\frac{2 + -   \sqrt{  - 56}}{6}

\sf\large\implies \frac{2 +  \sqrt{56} }{6}  \:  \:  \:  ,\frac{2 -  \sqrt{56} }{6}

 \huge \underline{ \underline{ \tt ANSWER}}

3-2x+5x²

Now write it in simplest form:-

5x²-2x+3

By middle term splitting

5x²-5x+3x+3

5x(x-1)+3(x-1)

(5x+3)(x-1)
