Asumming 2x-y as a

Then

3a2+14a+8

=3a2+12a+2a+8

=3a(a+4)+2(a+4)

=(a+4)(3a+2)

=(2x-y+4)(6x-3y+2).

so,x=(y-4)/2 and (3y-2)/6

HOPE IT HELPS U
