answer:

first we multiply( 2x+y). by 3 we get,6x+3y=7xy; now in 2 equation multiply (x+3y) by 3 ,we get ,3x+9y=11xy;. then, multiply 6x + 3y=7xy by 3;we get,18x+9y =27xy ,substitute the equation we got answer
