 \frac{3}{2y}  =  - 15

3 =  - 30y

y =   - \frac{1}{10}

Answer:

3/2y + 6 = -9

now , transfer 6 to RHS and it will become -6

3/2y = -9-6

i.e 3/2y=-15

3y= -15 x 2

3y=-30

y=-30/3

y= -10
