Convert Mixed fractions into improper fraction

3 \times \frac{4}{6}  = \frac{22}{6}

1 \times \frac{2}{3}  =  \frac{5}{3}

Mini pizzas left in fridge =

 \frac{22}{6}

Ate by children =

 \frac{5}{3}

Pizza left =

 \frac{22 }{6}  -  \frac{5}{3}

Take L.C.M of denominators 6 and 3

L.C.M = 3 × 2 = 6

Now , we have to make denominators same so

 \frac{22}{6}  \times  \frac{1}{1}  =  \frac{22}{6}  \\  \\ \frac{5}{3 }  \times  \frac{2}{2}  =  \frac{10}{6}

Pizza left =

 \frac{22 - 10}{6}

 \frac{12}{6}

 = 2
