Let the number be x
So,
 \frac{3}{4}  \times 28 =  \frac{30}{7}  \times x \\ x =  \frac{3 \times 28 \times 7}{4 \times 30}  \\ x = 4.9

Hey !!

Let the Number be X .

So,.

3/4 × 28 = 30/7 × x

3 × 7 = 30X/7

30X = 21 × 7

X = 21×7/30 = 7×7 / 10

X = 4.9

Hence,

3/4 of 28 is equal to 30/7 of 4.9.
