Wt. = 3.49g

Volume occupied= 4.48 dm3

Since it is at STP,

V = n x 22.4                          (n= no. of moles)

Since, V = 4.48 dm3

Therefore, 4.48 = n x 22.4

                      n= 0.2 dm3

Since, Wt. = n x M                 (M = Molar Mass)

There fore,

3.49 = 0.2 x M

M= 17.45
