3 \times \frac{5}{6} + 9 \\ \\ = \frac{5}{2} + 9 \\ \\ = \frac{5 + 18}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{23}{2}

3*0.83+9

Now, multiplication and then addition.

2.49 + 9

= 11.49
