Step-by-step explanation:

As we are given

3+5+7=152181

Let's suppose 3+5+7 = A + B +C

1- Here the first two digits "15" is the multiple of  3 and 5

2- Similarly the second two digits "21" are the multiple of 3 and 7.

But for the last two digits, the case is opposite.

For A+B+C, the last 2 (err.. 3) digits will be the reverse of A2×(C−B).

Therefore,

3 + 5+ 7 will be reverse of ( 3^2 (7-5)) = 9 x2 = 18 = rev(18) = 81
