i)1 quintal of wheat
ii)0.4 quintal of wheat

cost of 3/5 quintal wheat is=210Rs
cost of 1 quintal wheat=210/3/5=350Rs
cost of 0.4 quintal wheat=140Rs

solution :
       3/5 quintal of wheat costs = Rs 210
       therefore ,
         i ) 1 quintal of wheat costs =Rs 210 /(3/5) = Rs 210*5 /3 = Rs 70*5=Rs350
          Hence ,        
     ii ) 0.4 quintal of wheat Costs = Rs  0.4*350 = Rs 140
