Therefore,

=3−5a−12a²

=−12a² −5a+3

=−12a² −9a+4a+3

=−3a(4a+3)+1(4a+3)

=(4a+3)(1−3a)

Putting the value of a we get,

=(4x−4y+3)(1−3x+3y)
