Answer:

=(3√6 - 5√2)(4√6-3√2)

the above can be written as:

=(3√3√2 - 5√2)(4√3√2 - 3√2)

= 3√3√2(4√3√2-3√2)-5√2(4√3√2-3√2)

take common √2 :

= 3√3√2√2(4√3 - 3) - 10(4√3 - 3)

= 6√3(4√3 - 3) - 10(4√3 - 3)

= (4√3 - 3)(6√3 - 10)

= 72 - 40√3 - 18√3 +30

= 102 - 58√3
