3.61\times10^{-2}.

3.61 \times 10^{-2}

Since *a^{-1} = \huge\frac {1}{a}*

Therefore,10^{-2} =\huge\frac {1}{10}^2

= \huge\frac {1}{10} \times \huge\frac {1}{10}

= \huge\frac {1}{100}

Now, 3.61 \times \huge\frac {1}{100}

=> After removing decimal,

= \huge\frac{361}{100} \times \huge\frac{1}{100}

= \huge\frac{361}{10000}

Take as many places before keeping decimal. Here there are 4 zeros so decimal after 4 places towards left.

= 0.0361

3.61 ×  {10}^{-2}

We know that  {a} ^{-2} =  \dfrac{1}{a}

so ,  {10} ^ {2} =  \dfrac{1}{10}

=  \dfrac{1}{100}.

= 3.61 /times \dfrac{1}{100}
