second number .

Solution ,

Let

• A and B be the two number

such that.

According to the question

• 40% of A = 2/3 B

Now ,

• 40 A/100 = 2B/3

• A/B = (2/3 × 5/2)

Answer:

63 - (-3)( - 2 - (8 - 3)) ÷ 3 ( 5 + (-2)(-1))

= 63 - (-3)(- 2 - 5) ÷ 3 ( 5 + 2)

= 63 - (-3)(-7) ÷ 3 ( 7)

= 63 - (21) ÷ 21

= 63 - 21 ÷ 21

= 42 ÷ 21

= 2
