Hey mate! here's your answer!
________________________

Answer :

{ [{( \frac{3}{7} )}^{ - 3}] }^{4}

when, exponent is negative, we need to make it positive, so we will take its reciprocal,

also, the exponents will multiply,

= { {( \frac{7}{3} )}^{ 3 \times 4}}

then,

= { {( \frac{7}{3} )}^{ 12 }}

so, answer is { {( \frac{7}{3} )}^{ 12 }} ,

or it can be simplified more :-

{ {( \frac{7}{3} )}^{ 12 }}

= {( \frac{13841287201}{531441} )}

hope it is helpful ✌️!
