what is the meaning of 1.665 × 10% did you mean, 1.665 × 10^8 joule of energy.

Calorific value of a fuel : calorific value of a fuel is the quantity of heat of a specific amount of fuel.

for standard unit, calorific value of fuel = amount of heat in joule /mass in kg

here given, amount of heat in Joule = 1.665 × 10^8 Joule

mass of fuel in kg = 3.7kg

so, calorific value of the fuel = 1.665 × 10^8/3.7 = 0.45 × 10^8 = 45000 kJ/Kg

hence, option (2) is correct choice.
