The question is :-

3 - 8 + 11 - 7 + 5 - 4

By using ODMAS rule , we know that we have to add first then subtract .

So ,
3 - 8 + 11 - 7 + 5 - 4
= 3 + 11 + 5 - 8 - 7 -4

[ Arranging the (+ve ) sign and ( -ve ) sign ]

= 19 - 19 [ -8-7-4 = -19]
= 0

So , answer = 0
