First of all, your series is incorrect. the correct one is 3, 8, 13, 24, 41.
The logic is let the series be a, b, c....
as 3 is a, 8 is b, then a+b(2nd term)+ 2, then b+c( third term )+ 3, then c+d(Fourth term) + 4.. n so on..

3+8+2=13... 8+13+3=24... 13+24+4+41... n so on... Hope u understood d logic...
