3.‘A’, a barber was running a Saloon. ‘B’, a wealthy person was one of his
customers. ‘A’ and ‘B’ quarelled for some reason. ‘B’, with a malicious intention,

Answer:

Unlikely

Explanation:

It's unlikely because B is a wealthy person already so loss doesn't really matter to him much and he can get through with a very little profit too. Meanwhile A is a barber and his saloon is his only source of income, he won't be able to recover the damages from B and A will continue to lose customers (though it depends on the quality of the work of A).
