3.A car acquires a velocity of 36 km per hour in 10 minutes starting from rest.Find (i) the acceleration, (ii) the average velocity, and (iii) the distance travelled inthis time.​

Initial velocity (u) = 0

Final velocity (v) = 36km/h = 36×5/18 = 10m/s

Time = 10min = 10×60 = 600sec

Accleration = v-u/t

a = 10 - 0/600

a = 0.01667m/s^2 Average velocity = u+v/2 =0+10/2 m/s = 5 m/s (or) 3000/600 = 5m/s

Applying formula v^2-u^2=2as

10^2 - 0^2 =2×0.01667s

0 - 100 = 0.03334

S = 3000m

S = 3Km.
