Let x be the length of other piece

Therefore

$\mapsto \sf x + \frac{36}{5} = 20$

$\mapsto \sf x = 20 - \frac{36}{5}$

$\mapsto \sf x = \frac{100 - 36}{5}$

$\mapsto \sf x = \frac{64}{5}$
