a. He is unable to fight because he id infected by a disease which makes him weak by destroying the antibodies in his body. The lack of antibodies in his body makes him not able to fight against simple infections or diseases.

b. The two ways he must have got this disease is either by STD(Sexually Transmitted Disease) Or By Breast Feeding.(Many ways Though)
