base of diameter 7 cm and height 10 cm. Which container has greater capacity and
how much?

width= 4cm

height = 15cm

volume of cuboid= lbh

= 5×4×15 = 300cm³

plastic cylinder

d = 7 cm h= 10

volume of cylinder = πr²h

= 22/7×7/2×7/2×10

= 385 cm³

So the plastic cylinder has greater capacity and by 385-300 = 85 cm³
