Answer:

Step 1 : Draw a line AB = 4.6 cm

Step 2 : Take any radius ( Less than half of AB ) and center ' A ' we draw a semicircle that intersect line AB at ' P ' . With same radius and center ' P ' we draw an arc that intersect our semicircle at ' Q ' . Again with same radius and center ' Q ' we draw an arc that intersect our semicircle at ' R ' . Now with same radius and center ' Q ' and ' R ' we draw arcs and these arcs intersect each other at ' S ' .

Step 3 : Join AS and extend to ' X ' we get line AX .

Step 4 : Take radius of 6.4 cm and take center at ' B ' we draw an arc that intersect line AX at ' D ' .

Step 5 : Take radius of 6 cm and take center at ' A ' we draw an arc and by taking radius of 4.2 cm and take center at ' D ' we draw an arc and these arcs intersect each other at ' C ' .

Step 6 : Join BC and CD , We get required quadrilateral ABCD .
