Their white fur gets camouflaged against the white background of snow protecting it from predators and also helps them catch their prey. Two thick layers of fur act as an insulator protecting them from the surrounding harsh climate.

B) The continual heating and rise of air at the equator create low pressure there, which causes air to move (wind) towards the equator to take the place of the air that rises. On the other hand, sinking air creates high pressure at the surface where it descends.
