NOTE: This question cannot be solved if only 1 wicket is remaining as you have written!!!
That's quite an interesting question so lets give you the solution.
1st BALL:----
Player 1 hits 6 and completes his century.
Now they need 1 run of 2 balls and one century complete.
2nd BALL:----
Player 1 gets run out on the non-striker's end and hence Player 2 will face the next ball.
Now they need 1 run of 1 ball and Player 2 is on strike.
3rd BALL:----
Player 2 hits a 6.
Now they have won the match with both of them scoring a century.
