Answer:

Let cost of 1 banana, 1 apple, and 1 mango be b, a and m respectively, then

3b + 4a + 6m = 29 ---(i) and

2b + 6a + 3m = 23 ---(ii)

As we need the cost of 7 bananas, 16 apples, and 12 mangoes, so multiply equation (ii) by 2, we get

4b + 12a + 6m = 46 ---(iii)

Now adding equation (i) & (iii), we get 7b + 16a + 12m = 75

1 banana cost is 1 rupee and 1 apple price is 2 rupees and 1 mango is for 3 rupees so the answer is 75 rupees
