as v=u+at, u=0,v is maximum when a is max and acceleration of a body down an inclined plane is a=mgsintheta/m+I/R2 where mis the mass of the body and I is the moment of inertia of the body and r is the radius of the body,so in this question for mass and radius are constant for this question acc. is inversely propotional to the moment of inertia therefore acc.of ring is minimum while acc.of the solid sphere is maximum therefore velocities of the order is solid spheressolid cylinderrings
