Let's assume that :-

Rehan's Present age be 'x'

Rehan's mother age be 'y'

y = 3x - 10 ----- ( 1 )

After 5 years,

y = 2x ----- ( 2 )

Now, Putting equation (1) in equation (2)

➟ 3x - 10 = 2x

➟ 3x = 2x + 10

➟ 3x - 2x = 10

➱ x = 10 years

Therefore, Rehan's present age is${\bf{\purple{10 \:years}}}$
