Given :  a frequency of 8 x 10¹² Hz

To Find : wavelength (in meter)

Solution:

wave length * frequency = speed of light

wave length  = ?

frequency =  8 x 10¹² Hz

speed of light = 3 * 10⁸ m /s

wave length   * 8 x 10¹² = 3 * 10⁸

=> wave length =  3 * 10⁸ /  (  8 x 10¹²)

=> wave length =  30 * 10⁷ /  (  8 x 10¹²)

=> wave length =  3.75 * 10⁻⁵  m

wavelength =  3.75 * 10⁻⁵  m
