3. Can a quadrilateral ABCD be a parallelogram if
(i) D + B = 180°? (ii) AB = DC = 8 cm, AD = 4 cm and BC = 4.4 cm?
(iii) A = 70° and C = 65°?​

first of all nivriti your question is interesting,

( i ) no, since opposite side of parallelogram are equal and since your condition ( D + B = 180) is not satisfying it cannot be a parallogram

( ii ) no , since opposite side of parallelogram are parallel and equal and according to your condition it cannot reach the mark

( iii ) no, since opposite side of parallelogram is equal and like { part ( i ) } it is not satisfying it

So nither of the condition satisfy it to beparallelogram
