Calculation of Interest on capital :

① Calculation of interest on capital of RAM : -

$100000 \times \frac{5}{100} \\ \\ = 5000$

Interest on ram capital = 5000 Rs

② Calculation of interest on SHYAM capital :-

$50000 \times \frac{5}{100} \\ \\ = 2500$

Interest on Shyam's capital = 2500 Rs
