1. If you increase the current enough the temperature of the wire starts to increase and affect the resistance so Ohm’s law not valid anymore.
2. If we increase the current enough the wire will melt down and the current will be zero.
3. In very low currents the thermal noise will be noticeable part of the total current. Ohm’s law violated.
