Step 3: open your protractor to 6 cm and place the sharp end of your protractor on one end of A and make an arc the crosses over the 4 cm mark that is opposite it. then do the same this on the other side.

Step 4: once you have made two sets of arcs that cross each other draw your lines to make the quadrilateral (it should look like the picture)
