1. Draw a line segment RO that is 7 cm
2. With center R radius equal to 3.5 cm draw an arc
3. With center O and radius equal to 7.8 cm, draw another arc intersecting at E ( like the previous arc)
4. Join RE
5. With center R and radius equal to 7.5 cm draw an arc
6. With center E and radius equal to 6cm draw another arc cutting the previous arc at S
7. Join ES and SO
Then ROSE is the required quadrilateral
