• First, draw a line segment AB of 6 cm.
• Next, take a compass and measure it as 6 cm and keep it's tip on the point A and draw an arc above the line segment.
• Again, take a compass and measure it as 6 cm and keep it's tip on the point B and draw an arc on the arc drawn before.
• Now, join both the points on the line segment to the point where both the arcs meet. Name it as point C.
• Finally, the triangle is constructed.
