i used alpha insted of theta

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{1}{3}

by pythogoraes theorem we get ,

adjacent = 1 , hypotanuse = 3 and opposite = 2√2

hence ,

 \csc( \alpha )  =  \:  \frac{hypotnuse}{opposite}

therefore

 \csc( \alpha )  =  \frac{3}{2 \sqrt{2} }

which is the required answer....
