Heya

3(d+11) = 6(d+33)
3d + 33 = 6d + 198
3d-6d = 198-33
- 3d = 165
d = - 165/3
= - 55

Therefore it has only one solution
Therefore d = - 55

HOPE IT HELPS U ALL ☺️☺️

3(d+11)=6(d+33)

3d+33=6d+198

3d-6d=198-33

3d=165

d=165/3

d=55
