lets us take Rhombus as ABCD

diagonals are BC & AD

Let BC = 16cms

AD=12cms

so O will be the intersecting point of both diagonals BC& AD .

BC=12 CMS then BO +OC = 16 CMS ( 8cm+8cm) BO=OC

Similarly

AD=12cms then AO + OD =12cms ( 6cm+6cm) AO=OD

Using Pythagoras theorem

a^2+ b^2=c^2

so 8^2 + 6^2 = c^2

then 64 + 36 = 100

c^2 = 100

c=√100

c= 10cms

so the side of rhombus is 10 cm as. AB=BC =CD=AD
